Positioned as the department responsible for driving profit-generating business initiatives, the Business Development Department works in close collaboration with other divisions. Our mission is to identify and incubate seeds of future business opportunities, while also developing new ventures with strong growth potential.
As part of our core objectives, we are focused on establishing a private-sector business division and expanding our operations internationally. To advance the former, we have launched the Regional and Environmental Regeneration Management Office. This office is dedicated to identifying and nurturing seeds of new business opportunities within local communities.
To further enhance cross-departmental information sharing and project collaboration, we have established the Regional and Environmental Regeneration Management Platform. This platform brings together six in-house experts specializing in decarbonization, circular economy, nature restoration, urban development, and regional co-creation, who regularly meet to identify synergies between existing consulting projects and future business development initiatives, exploring opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration.
