In recent urban policies, there is a
\n growing need to address not only hard policy issues such as land use and infrastructure development,
\n but also the declining and aging populations in developed countries, as well as digital
\n transformation (DX) and IT system modernization issues. In recent years, there is also an urgent
\n need to become carbon neutral and respond to increasingly severe natural disasters, and action is
\n required to realize compact and resilient cities. We provide highly accurate results for urban
\n social issues through planning based on objective data analysis and survey analysis based on
\n regional characteristics.<\/p>\n

    \n We evaluate urban master plans and organize issues, and analyze urban issues based on social
    \n changes and trends through future estimates of population distribution, land use, social

    \n We provide support for the formulation of plans in a wide range of urban planning areas,
    \n including urban planning master plans, disaster prevention, landscape design, and land use.\n <\/li>\n

    \n Public Opinion Surveys: <\/strong>We conduct surveys to assess citizen awareness and
    \n collect feedback on urban planning initiatives. This includes disseminating information and
    \n conducting structured questionnaires.

    \n managing workshops that foster collaboration between citizens, local governments, and private
